Reset the room. Put every prop on its glowing outline, close the chest and hang the padlock. Missing something? It might be hidden behind a portrait, under the table or the rug. Or it's gone for good.
Use the storeroom. Spares are on the storeroom shelves, next to the room door. Broken parts go in the bin there.
Order parts on the office PC by the lobby bench. Standard delivery is cheap but slow, express is fast and pricey. Boxes land at the front door: carry them to the storeroom shelf.
Run the groups. Brief them at reception, answer hint requests at the game master console.
